Assyrian Progress was a monthly publication of the Assyrian American Benevolent Association of California, Ltd. It began publication in January 1932 and ceased in December 1938. Its editors were Frank Chavoor and Ezkiel Maljan. Volume II reproduces 23 issues from November 1934 through December 1936. The publication was in English and originated in the Western Assyrian (or Assyrian Orthodox) community. Some of the names of its contributors include Rose Dartley, Maljan Chavoor, Sargon Hoyen, David Perley, Francis Hoyen, Charles Dartley, Albert Safer and Joseph Durna. Each issue was illustrated with line drawings by Edward Kander.
