Delivery and shipping

All orders received are usually sent the same day or the next day.

If the product is damaged or lost during transport to you as a customer, we are responsible for payment. If this has occurred, it is your duty as a customer to notify our customer service immediately. If the product is damaged or lost upon return to us, you as the customer are responsible for payment.

Delivery time is usually 1 to 3 working days within the Netherlands. To the rest of Europe, 2 to 5 working days. To North America 4 to 9 working days. To South America 12 to 25 working days, and to Australia and Asia 6 to 13 working days. Due to the ongoing pandemic, there are delays to most countries.

Free shipping and shipping costs

We offer free shipping on orders over €75 shipping within Europe. For other countries, free shipping on orders of €150+.

Shipping rates are calculated based on the order total and the destination address.

Origin

All Nineveh Press’s books and calendars are shipped from the Netherlands. (For posters, see below information.)

Customs fees

Nineveh Press is not responsible for any customs fees or duties incurred on international shipments as these are the responsibility of the purchaser. Please note that with shipping, transit times may vary due to customs delays. At present it is unfortunately not possible to choose tracking on most shipments.

Posters

All Nineveh Press posters (printed on metal and paper) are ordered from, manufactured and shipped from the manufacturers directly. These cannot be combined in the same order with other products from Nineveh Press.
